Jatmedia is seeking a Payroll Manager who excels in accuracy and efficiency to oversee our payroll processing and ensure timely, compliant payroll operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who is passionate about smooth payroll management and supporting team members through reliable, well-organized systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees.
- Reviewing and verifying payroll data, including time sheets, deductions, and benefits.
- Staying updated on payroll regulations and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Collaborating with HR and accounting teams to handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- Generating payroll reports and maintaining records for audits and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing payroll operations, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
